Clayton County Georgia Wills, Estates, Marriages

Clayton County was formed from Fayette (to the west) and Henry (to the east) in 1858 and was named after Judge Augustin S. Clayton, who served in the Georgia General Assembly. All of the records have been preserved. Researchers should also research Fayette County where a good many of its residents are found.
